Download VirtualMix for Windows

VirtualMix is delivered as a portable Windows package. Download it, extract it, open the folder, and run VirtualMix.exe.

The compressed file includes VirtualMix.exe and the _internal folder used by the Windows build. You do not need to install Python or configure technical dependencies to start using it.

Before you run it

This download is intended for Windows.
Keep VirtualMix.exe and the _internal folder together in the same extracted folder.
If Windows shows a security prompt, verify that the file came from your official release page.
Some features use an AI-based implementation for track analysis and intelligent mix behavior inside the app.
VirtualMix is currently public beta software.

8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended for smoother long sessions.

Processor

A modern multi-core CPU is recommended for importing, previews and export tasks.

Disk space

Keep several gigabytes free for imports, previews, exported mixes and temporary files.

Display

A 1080p screen is recommended to enjoy the full booth interface comfortably.

Audio setup

Use regular speakers, studio monitors or headphones. A dedicated audio interface is optional, not required.

UI behavior

How the software reacts by resolution

2560 x 1440 provides the cleanest reading, spacing and overall booth layout.
1920 x 1080 and 1920 x 1200 remain very comfortable for daily use with the normal layout.
Mid resolutions such as 1600 x 900 still keep all main flows usable, but with tighter visual spacing.
1366 x 768 and 1360 x 768 trigger a compact mode in key areas like the turntable so controls stay visible.

Compact mode details

On compact resolutions, VirtualMix reduces decorative spacing and resizes parts of the booth UI so the master strip, orchestrator, library controls and tables remain usable without changing the software logic. Long labels may appear more truncated, but the app prioritizes keeping controls visible and interactive.

Practical recommendations

Use it the right way

Extract the package with WinRAR, 7-Zip, or another tool you trust.
Do not move only VirtualMix.exe to another folder. The _internal folder must stay beside it.
Store the app on a location with enough free disk space for previews, exports and imported audio.
Download the package only from your official website or trusted release links.
